  1881 Census age 8 mo., with notation 'Aug.' presumably indicating month of birth. Name is 'Wilfred' on the census, not 'Frederick' as given in 'William Armstrong and His Descendants'. Date of birth and middle initial A. are taken from the index to Ontario births, registration number 008440, registration year 1880. Birth record should be on reel 1845398 at the Family History Center. Not listed with Nathaniel Campbell in 1901 census, so probably had left home by then.
